Who can use it

• This is your first paid Academy membership using this guarantee.
• You post your starting point inside the Academy within 48 hours.
• You contact 100 counted prospects after joining and by the end of Day 30.
• You send the completed tracker within seven days after Day 30.
• Your outreach is honest and follows platform rules and opt-outs.

What is a suitable potential client?

A prospect counts when they match the customer type you selected, the automation is relevant to a real problem they may have, you record why you selected them, and the person or business is real with a legitimate contact route.

Fake, duplicate, previously opted-out or obviously invalid contacts do not count.

What counts as contacted?

A real message, email or call must be made. Record the recipient, date, channel, message and outcome. Failed messages, bounced emails, likes, follows, unsent drafts and connection requests without a message do not count.

What is a real conversation?

A genuine two-way exchange with an owner, manager or relevant decision-maker about their workflow, business problem, current process, your demo or proof, a pilot, price or a practical next step.

Automatic replies, likes, unrelated sellers, fake practice conversations and a simple “not interested” with no discussion do not count.

What you complete in 30 days

1. Install and use the Academy AI agent.
2. Choose one customer type and one relevant problem.
3. Build and test the smallest useful automation.
4. Create a simple demo or proof.
5. Prepare one clear offer and contact direction.
6. Post your starting point within 48 hours.
7. Contact 100 suitable potential clients by the end of Day 30.
8. Log each counted prospect, contact, reply and outcome.

How to request the refund

Within seven days after Day 30, send the link to your starting post, the completed Academy tracker, reasonable evidence that the counted contacts were sent, and confirmation that none produced a real conversation under these definitions.

If the conditions are met, the Academy payments from that first guarantee period are refunded through Skool. The subscription is also cancelled if it is still active.
